We want you to feel complete peace of mind when honoring your companion. Forever Memorial ($19) purchases are protected by our unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your pet's memorial page or keepsakes, simply email us at hello@petwalloffame.com within 14 days of purchase. No explanation is required, and we will issue a full refund promptly.

2. Permanent Resident Registrations ($5)

Permanent Resident registrations ($5) deliver immediate sequential spot assignment on the global Wall and instant frame-ready PDF certificate generation upon payment. Because digital allocation and publication occur immediately, standard registrations are non-refundable except in cases of technical failure or accidental duplicate billing.

3. Wall Club Subscription Terms & Cancellation

Wall Club ($14.99/year) is an optional membership for households wishing to add unlimited timeline memories. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Owner Dashboard.

Per our platform subscription terms, canceling Wall Club takes effect at the conclusion of your current prepaid billing cycle. All Wall Club features and access remain active until the end of your prepaid period, after which renewals stop automatically and no further charges occur.

Canceling Wall Club never deletes your pet from the Wall or removes memories you have already shared.

4. Exceptions: Accidental Duplicates & Technical Errors

We are committed to absolute fairness. We gladly issue immediate full refunds in the following cases:

• Duplicate billing: You were charged multiple times for the same submission due to a connection or gateway error.
• System failure: A technical error on our platform prevented your pet from appearing or certificate from generating.

5. Content Violations

Submissions that violate our content policy (e.g., photos without pets, abusive or defamatory content, spam) will be removed without refund.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the 14-day guarantee or report a duplicate charge, please email hello@petwalloffame.com with your order email and pet name. Our team will review and process your request within 3 business days.
