Do I need Wall Club to keep my pet on the Wall?
No. Permanent Resident is a one-time $5 payment (¥800 in Japan) and remains on the Wall forever. Wall Club is completely optional.
What happens if I cancel?
Your Resident Number, public profile, Wall placement, certificate and all existing memories remain permanent. Only new Wall Club uploads stop after the period ends.
Does Wall Club include new Residents?
No. Each pet still requires its own Permanent Resident placement ($5). One Wall Club membership covers up to 5 claimed Residents in your household.
Can I use it for multiple pets?
Yes! A single Wall Club membership ($14.99/yr) covers up to 5 claimed pets in your household.
