Refund Policy

1. Novelty Digital Goods

Pet Wall of Fame provides immediate digital publication and custom-generated PDF certificates. Because these services and digital goods are personalized and delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Exceptions: Accidental Duplicates & Technical Errors

We are committed to fairness. We will gladly issue a full refund in the following cases:

• Duplicate billing: You were charged multiple times for the exact same pet submission due to a payment gateway glitch.
• Critical system failure: A technical error on our platform permanently prevented your pet from appearing or certificate from generating.

3. Content Violations

Submissions that violate our content policy (e.g. photos that do not contain pets, offensive imagery, spam) will be removed without a refund.

4. How to Request Assistance

If you experienced an accidental duplicate charge or technical error, please email us within 14 days at hello@petwalloffame.com with your order ID and pet name.
