How to turn your digital certificate, memory book, and QR cards into beautiful tangible keepsakes.
1. Recommended Paper & Cardstock
For best results, use heavyweight cardstock (200–300 gsm / 80–110 lb cover). A warm matte, linen, or archival cotton finish looks stunning for certificates. For memory books, a semi-gloss or satin photo paper ensures rich color vibrancy.

2. Standard Frame Sizes
Our certificates are designed to fit standard frame sizes with or without a mat:
US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) or 8 × 10 in with mat — Standard in North America.
A4 (210 × 297 mm) — Standard in Europe, Japan, and internationally.
5 × 7 in or 4 × 6 in — Ideal for smaller mantel, shelf, or memorial shrine displays.
3. Print Shop & Home Printer Settings
Set scale to 100% (Do Not Scale / Actual Size) so borders align cleanly. Select 'High Quality' or 'Photo' print mode. Margins are pre-calculated at 12mm (0.5 in).
4. Printable QR Keepsake Cards
Cut along the dotted guidelines. For collar tags, laminate or place in a clear protective charm sleeve. For wallet cards, use heavy cardstock or laminate for durability.
