When you submit a pet to Pet Wall of Fame, we collect:

• Public Information: Pet photo, pet name, species, one-line story, memorial status, and optional owner display name.
• Private Information: Your email address. We use your email strictly to link your purchase, transmit your payment receipt via Polar, and authenticate certificate retrieval links. We never display your email publicly or sell it to third parties.

2. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by our merchant of record, Polar. We do not process or store credit card or bank details on our servers.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We use minimal, privacy-friendly analytics and essential cookies (e.g. for administrative authentication and language preference). We do not run third-party behavioral tracking cookies.
