1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Pet Wall of Fame or submitting content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the website.

2. Content Policy

Pet Wall of Fame is strictly for celebrating real animals and pets. You agree that:

• You own or hold the rights to upload the submitted photograph.
• The photo depicts a real pet/animal.
• Content does not contain violence, hate speech, pornography, advertisements, human faces without consent, or harassment.

Violating content will be permanently removed immediately without refund.

3. Service & Permanence

"Permanent placement" means placement for the operational lifetime of the Pet Wall of Fame service. We strive for maximum uptime and durability.

4. Payments and Refunds

Submissions require a one-time payment of $5 USD processed via Polar. Refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy.
